These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our desktop application (“App”).

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal or commercial design purposes, in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
– use the App for unlawful purposes,
– attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App,
– interfere with or disrupt the App’s services or networks.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, graphics, user interface, and technology within the App are the property of Dtale GmbH or its licensors.
You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the App without explicit written permission.

3. User Content

If the App allows you to create or upload designs, you retain ownership of your creations.
However, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use anonymous usage data for the purpose of improving the App.

4. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect and use your personal data.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the App, including data loss or design errors.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
Legal disputes shall be handled in the courts of Dusseldorf, Germany.

8. Payments

All tips or subscriptions made via Ko-Fi are non-refundable.
